Do not be anxious about anything, but in EVERYTHING, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests made known to God. -Philippians 4:6

| Liam is seven! Can’t believe it. We thank God for this beautiful boy and ask you to pray for him - to be affirmed in his identity and to encounter Jesus personally. He’s been dealing with a lot - having to share us with his siblings, fitting in at the new school, and having our divided attention on Saturdays and Sundays at church. We’re trying to make those moments to dedicate special time to him. |
| Twist continues! It is a great effort every week, but we’re asking God to continue His outpouring into these young ones. We’re excited that several of the teens from Crece have taken an interest in helping out on Saturdays. We hope to train them up and that it can be a great space for them to grow, too. |
| Volunteers Brayan and his sister Jocelyn have been a huge help taking the reigns in leading Twist. Pray for them to be fortified spiritually and that we can disciple them well. |
| The Sunday morning group has grown to a steady 20-some adults. This last week we took a time to walk them through the Discovery Bible Study method explicitly (which we’ve been using for these seven months) encouraging them to pray and ask God whom they can begin to disciple in their homes. |
| And, we have a new intern! Debbie, Chilean native, came to serve with us through June. Very timely, since Jonathan finishes his time here the next 10 days. |
(For her stay and future guests, we adapted a mini loft in our former laundry room.)
| Kiddos on Sunday morning. Working on making a role for teachers for kids’ classes. |
| Jose, the first new believer from the group, has been faithfully living out and sharing with others what he learns in his walk with Christ. We’re praying for his wife to open her heart to Jesus. |

Kai in his new uniform. They’re adjusting pretty well to the new school. It does make for a long day for sure. They leave the house at 6:15 and we get home at 4pm.
Thank you for reading and interceding with us for wisdom every day. We do cry out to the Father to do His work in and through us. It IS often exhausting, and there’s plenty of emotional (and physical) stress. But we take God’s promise of a light yoke and easy burden. His WORD and presence sustain us. I’ve been encouraged more and more to just dedicate myself to prayer. Pray that I be obedient! Love and strength to you in Him. |
