But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you. -Matthew 6:33 As we walk through a season of uncertainty, in the midst of the questions we keep coming back to this truth: seek FIRST HIS KINGDOM and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS. But, what does that really mean? For one, constantly giving over to Him all our worries and unknowns, and two, refocusing as often as possible on the bigger picture: His glory in the world. This is bigger than me. Day-to-day seeking His Kingdom looks like quieting our hearts before Him each morning (and throughout the day!), dedicating time with our children , taking time together as a couple, and, as we're able, walking with others towards Him - all the while taking HOPE from His Word and drawing POWER from His Spirit.
